Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Supplementary agreement: an agreement in which the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services in connection with a distance selling contract, and these goods, digital content and/or services are delivered by the entrepreneur or by a third party on the basis of an agreement between this third party and the entrepreneur;
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting for purposes related to his trade, business, craft or profession;
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to terminate the distance selling contract within the withdrawal period;
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers consumers products, (access to) digital content and/or services at a distance;
Distance selling contract: a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for the distance selling of products, digital content and/or services, through which one or more techniques for distance communication are used until the conclusion of the contract.

Article 3 – Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Bestbudnl.fr and to every distance selling agreement concluded between Bestbudnl.fr and the consumer. Before the distance selling agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate, before the distance selling agreement is concluded, how the general terms and conditions can be consulted at the entrepreneur’s premises and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge upon request. If the distance selling agreement is concluded electronically, contrary to the previous paragraph and before the distance selling agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions can be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that it can be easily stored by the consumer on a sustainable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated, before the distance selling agreement is concluded, where the general terms and conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge electronically or otherwise upon request.
Article 4 – The offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products, digital content and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable the consumer to properly assess the offer. If Bestbudnl.fr uses images, these accurately represent the products, services and/or digital content offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Bestbudnl.fr Each offer contains information such that the rights and obligations of the consumer in the event of acceptance of the offer are clear.
Article 5 – The contract
Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the contract is concluded at the time of acceptance of the offer by the consumer and compliance with the conditions set. Bestbud.nl may, within the legal framework, inquire about the consumer’s ability to meet his payment obligations, as well as about all facts and factors that are important for a responsible conclusion of the distance selling contract. If, on the basis of this investigation, the entrepreneur has good reasons not to conclude the contract, he is entitled to refuse an order or request by giving reasons for his refusal or to impose special conditions on its execution.
Article 6 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Bestbudnl.fr may exclude the following products and services from the right of withdrawal, but only if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer before the conclusion of the agreement:
- Products manufactured to the consumer’s specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
- Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- Sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
- Products which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery.
Article 7 – Price
During the period of validity indicated in the offer, the prices of the products and/or services offered will not be increased, with the exception of price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates and delivery costs. The prices mentioned in the offer of products or services are exclusive of delivery costs.
Article 8 – Conformity of the agreement and additional guarantee
Bestbudnl.fr guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal provisions in force on the date of conclusion of the agreement. If agreed, the entrepreneur also guarantees that the product is suitable for a use other than the usual one.
Article 9 – Delivery and execution
The entrepreneur will exercise the greatest diligence when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing requests for the provision of services. The place of delivery is the address indicated by the consumer to the entrepreneur. Taking into account the provisions of article 4 of these general terms and conditions, the entrepreneur will execute accepted orders without delay, at the latest within 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be executed or can only be executed partially, the consumer will be informed of this no later than 30 days after placing the order. In this case, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge and may be entitled to compensation. The risk of damage and/or loss of the products lies with the consumer until the time of delivery to the consumer or to a representative designated in advance by the consumer and notified to the entrepreneur, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Deliveries to countries other than the Netherlands only concern certain products. In addition, the delivery time to countries other than the Netherlands is longer. For the exact duration, please contact our customer service. Standard shipping: The risk lies with the consumer. Bestbud.nl always ships. If delivery has not taken place, the risk lies with the customer and Bestbudnl.fr cannot be held liable.
Article 10 – Payment
The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided or specified to Bestbudnl.fr without delay. Unless otherwise stated in the contract or in the additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid before the products are dispatched. By accepting the general terms and conditions, the consumer acknowledges having read the payment terms.
Article 11 – Complaints procedure
The entrepreneur has a sufficiently well-known complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this procedure. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Bestbud.nl in a complete and clearly described manner within a reasonable period after the consumer has discovered the defects, and no later than two weeks after receipt of the order. In the absence of an order, the notice of non-receipt must be given within 7 days after placing the order. Complaints submitted to the contractor will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response. The consumer must grant the entrepreneur a period of at least 4 weeks to resolve the complaint amicably.
Article 12 – Additional or deviating provisions
Additional or deviating provisions from these general terms and conditions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing or in a manner accessible to the consumer on a durable medium.
Customers must be at least 18 years old. Bestbudnl.fr does everything possible to prevent customers under 18 from placing orders with us. Orders can only be placed if the customer declares that he or she is at least 18 years old. In case of doubt about age, Bestbudnl.fr will contact the customer concerned at random. Bestbudnl.fr reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund.
Article 13 – Protection of personal data
The privacy of our customers is important to us and we ensure that it is guaranteed. Payment data is deleted by us 72 hours after receipt of the order and we do not store any other data (except in the case of creating an account). Customers can create an account on our website to place orders. In this case, the data is of course stored, but we do not have access to it. If you wish to have your account deleted, please contact our customer service. With the exception of the delivery of orders and contact by e-mail, we do not process any personal data.

Bestbudnl.fr does not own and/or sell weed, hash or other products directly. We Bestbudnl.fr only take care of the collection and shipping of the products for the customer. We ( Bestbudnl.fr ) receive a small compensation for this service, which is entirely done in collaboration with a number of Dutch coffee shops. We ( Bestbudnl.fr ) do not “sell” anything else.
We ( Bestbudnl.fr ) reserve the right to cancel orders if a person orders too often in our opinion. Our services are intended exclusively for recreational use and not for wholesale or wholesale. In case of cancellation, you will be contacted by e-mail and payments will be fully refunded.
